We apologize that we are unable to assist you in the case of a lost key, during weekends and holidays. If you happen to loose your key during these times, please contact a specialist directly.
Other associated troubles
In principle, all costs of locksmith/unlocking under this situation are to be borne by the tenant.
If Petit Grande liaises for this opperation, the costs would likewise be borne by the tenant, so please be vigilant of your keys location.
Indoors management
We encourage our tenants to sanitize their units as a prevention from damage, fire hazards, humidity , etc. In case of significant in-door damage due to negligence, we might request payment at the time of your departure from the unit, so we may restore the unit for the next tenant. Please be aware.

Other Precautions and Requests
-Garbage Disposal:
Please properly separate the burnable garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage, bulk garbage, and put it out at the designated date and place. Please be careful not to trouble your neighbors.
-Pet Keeping:
Please refrain from breeding and temporary keeping any animals, including birds, fish, dogs, cats, small animals etc.
-Common Areas:
Please do not place articles on common areas such as entrance, corridor, staircase, or post an advertisement/poster in the communal signboard or a poster.
-Instructions manual:
Please handle the instruction manual provided with your room carefully. Do not forget to leave it in the room when you leave.

We will send you back a parking permit seal at a later date: stick it on your bicycle, and you are ready to go. Bicycles without parking permits seal may be removed. For the convenience of limited space, we will register one bike per household. Thank you for your understanding!
